We had a great stay at this hotel located near various malls, making shopping easier for us. Best aspects include clean rooms with a fridge, delicious breakfast, and the friendly and accommodating staff, namely Ernest and Mary.

Location
It is a bit run down. Upgrades on decor have not been done in a long time. Staff can barely speak English.

Convenient kitchen provided for cooking meals. Hyde Park Corner, just a mile away, is easily accessible - great for shopping or dining out. Exploring the Randburg district is a must-do for visitors 👍.

Free Wi Fi was working perfectly. Randburg neighborhood was definitely worth visiting. We loved staying at villa vittoria. Free parking was provided to the guests...

I loved the attention to details and the willingness to assist when required. I love the location, as it was not far from everywhere else I needed to be. The place was relaxing and this is also reflected in the decor and layout of the room and public spaces. I must admit that the free breakfast and wifi was a bonus.
The only problem I had was that the breakfast starts and ends so early. When you on holiday you dont want to get out of bed before 9am for breakast, especially if check-out is only at 11am. Also there was no clarity or information on where Sunday breakfast will take place. Otherwise all was well!!

The location of the hotel was great, with many tourist spots nearby. the room was also quite clean and the staff was friendly. I was disappointed with the amenities provided. the room was very basic and lacked a work desk, which made it quite inconvenient for me as a business traveler. the room had a window that overlooked the corridor which meant that during the night, the light from the corridor was quite bothersome. Lastly, the restaurant was located close to my room, which made it quite noisy and difficult to sleep at times.
In general, my experience was subpar. the room did not have the basic amenities that I require for a business trip, such as a work desk.

It is a homely Guest House with very down to earth staff. Adrian.
However, my greatest disappointment was that we arrived Jorburg at midnight and there was no transport from the hotel waiting for us. We had to risk and take a strange taxi amidst all our fears. On two mornings we had to eat dry bread at breakfast as we were informed that tghe supplier did not supply the hotel. I have booked thru Booked.net on holiday to Dubai, Istanbul and the hotels I stayed in were wonderful as they offered what they promised. Villa Vittoria had better know that 1st impressions are lasting impressions. Let them learn to offer what they promise and not otherwise. They will lose good customers. Regards, Adrian

The hotel had a great location, with easy access to the nearby Rosebank mall and Sandton mall. Our room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed. the staff was friendly and always ready to help, and the breakfast was decent.
The curtains in our room were worn out and needed replacement.
